Sunbelt Properties, Inc. has been offering residential and commercial construction services in the Albuquerque area since 1979. In the beginning, tenant improvement work was the niche for the company, completing thousands of square feet of office, retail and medical space in Uptown as well as other commercial developments in Albuquerque. Sunbelt’s attention to detail and the ability to complete projects on time and on budget for our clients became known throughout the architectural community. Over the years we have been recognized a number of times for our work, receiving over thirty awards from the American Institute of Architects.  Forty years later, our work is much the same as we continue to build new and remodel existing residential and commercial projects in concert with the best architects in New Mexico.
