Griego Ruth House

When the owners of Sunbelt Properties Inc. decided to build for themselves in the north valley, they sought the help of Jon Anderson Architects.  Working with Jon Anderson and Sam Sterling, the project architect, their dream came to life after a year of planning. The end result was a 4,000 square foot, two story, contemporary home with nine to twelve foot ceilings, an abundance of natural light, east and west facing balconys, a modern kitchen and plenty of entertainment space.
