Offering amazing views of the city as well as the Sandia mountains, this home was cut into the bluff and utilized pre-cast concrete slabs between floors to meet the height restrictions of the sub-division. The covered balcony along  the east elevation of the home is accessible from multiple rooms. Designed by Robert Peters.
